When something is happening with our infrastructure, you shouldn’t have to guess or wait for a support reply to find out. That’s why we launched a public status page where you can see what’s going on in real time.
What we post
The status page covers all of our services: VPS hosting across all six data centers, dedicated server infrastructure, network connectivity, the Client Portal, and web hosting.
We post two types of updates:
- Planned maintenance: scheduled network maintenance, hypervisor updates, hardware upgrades. These are posted in advance so you know when to expect brief interruptions.
- Incidents: unplanned issues affecting service. We post updates as we investigate and resolve the problem, so you can follow along instead of wondering what’s happening.
How to stay notified
At the bottom of the status page, you can subscribe by email. When we create or update an incident, you’ll get a notification. This is faster than checking the page manually and more reliable than watching social media.
Why transparency matters
Nobody has 100% uptime. What matters is how you communicate when things go wrong. We’d rather be upfront about what happened and what we’re doing about it than pretend everything is fine. The status page is part of that commitment.
If you have feedback about our communications or want more detail on a specific incident, let us know.
